Belgian singer Kim Versteynen's voice is as flexible as her curls. Musicality and emotion therefore go hand in hand when she takes the audience on her creative quest, be it on a big stage, at an intimate concert or a wedding reception.

 

In her band Kim In the Middle she always pushes the limits of her musical ability and with the duo Kim Versteynen & Tim Finoulst she already won the Concours Des Jeunes Talents at the Leffe Jazz Nights in Dinant in 2013.

Kim has two Master's degrees to her name: art history from the University of Ghent (still very much in love with art and antiques!) and jazz and pop singing from the Maastricht Academy of Music.

 

In addition to her activities on stage, Kim also coaches and motivates new vocal talent as a teacher. She is currently a voice teacher at the pre-professional secundary school for music, Musart Hasselt and Knst. Hasselt.
